CANCELLATION

Once the product has been processed, within 24 hours, including order verification, assembling, quality check, and packaging, we no longer accept any cancellation of order.

However, as long as the package has not already been processed, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Let us know at tinytoteclub@gmail.com that you'd like to cancel your order as soon as possible within 24 hours after the order has been placed. Don't forget to include your order number and the reason why you'd like to cancel!

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since receipt of goods, unfortunately we can't guarantee you a refund or exchange.

Please choose carefully as we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges. All purchases are final.

REFUND & RETURN

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you need to message us within 30 days of receipt with photo proof of defective or damaged items.

We cannot be liable for any mishandling of the products and usage. Sale or promo items cannot be refunded.

In exceptional cases where returns are granted, the buyer needs to be responsible for the return shipping fees to our designated address.
